Bosden is the first of three projects Ellis will be delivering for Stopford Park for regeneration developer, City Heart. This project includes a full kitchen fit-out as well as bespoke ensuite wall storage for ensuite bathrooms designed to specification.
The Kitchens
Each one of the nine kitchen types was designed to make the most of its individual space
The H1 kitchen range was specified for its clean, handleless finish. This was paired with Natural Davos Oak for the wall and tall units, and Reed Green on the base units, to maintain a consistent finish across all kitchen designs and make the most of each space. The full design scheme was curated by Shelia Bird Interior designers and we worked in close collaboration to ensure the kitchen represented the wider design story for Stopford Park.
Minerva worktops and Alusplash splashbacks complete the finish, with Bosch and integrated CDA appliances throughout.
Purpose-Built Ensuite Furniture
Together with the kitchens, Ellis designed and manufactured a wall storage unit specifically for the ensuite bathrooms across all 62 plots, incorporating a mirror door and shelving to make the most of the available space. As a UK manufacturer, Ellis was able to engineer a solution built precisely to the project's requirements.
