The Ellis Solo Hotel range was chosen as it provided a contemporary look and feel, and with its 20-year guarantee also had the built-in strength to deal with the regular traffic expected in this accommodation.
“The brief was to create a more exclusive and luxurious type of accommodation that would easily be differentiated from the main campus accommodation. Our design team maximised the use of space in each bedroom by creating a single tall wardrobe with extra shelving space, that maximised the height available in the room. The Business School and the University were thrilled with the outcome of the project, and advised that the response from guests and students using the rooms was extremely positive".
