Flagship Housing Development
This year, we've been supporting a flagship residential development in the Midlands, supplying them with stunning kitchen solutions across 34 plots and 14 house types.
In addition to kitchens, we've kitted out the sales centre with a gorgeous range of Whitstable furniture to bring the space to life.
A Show Home That Sells
The show home features an L-shaped kitchen design with an island, paired with our S2 kitchen range in a perfect matt Light Grey finish, for a combination that oozes luxury.
As mentioned earlier, the sales centre has been outfitted with our Whitstable Framed range, beautifully paired with our Inky Indigo finish to lavish effect.
Bespoke Designs
Alongside our standard product, we've also delivered several bespoke solutions, each engineered specifically to meet the demand of the complex design brief.
One standout example was the creation of 'Narnia Doorways', which have been cleverly designed to create seamless passages into the utility room through the kitchen. This provides practical access without disrupting the aesthetic of the kitchen.
Designing the sales furniture itself was a challenge. The furniture needed to be freestanding, allowing it to be dismantled, relocated and reassembled, which provides flexibility across multiple sites.
Ranges & Finishes
The kitchens we supplied span across 6 ranges S1, H1, S2, H2, Ipsden and New England. These ranges not only offered a variety of door styles, but also provided a wide range of colours, from modern shades of green to bolder options like Rusty Red.
