We’re chuffed to have worked with this housebuilder on their recent affordable housing project in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The housing development features a mix of houses, bungalows and apartments designed to accommodate residents, including those with accessibility requirements.
Accessible Kitchens
Each kitchen featured our S1 handled range, with CDA appliances across all 21 plots.
The highlight of this project was the accessible kitchens. These kitchens needed to work harder than most, we needed to get it right. Worktop brackets for height adjustment, shallow bowl sinks for easier reach and side opening ovens for safer, more practical use by wheelchair users. Every element was purpose-built for ease of use for the resident.
The Result
Each house, bungalow and apartment was fitted to the standard its residents deserve. A grand result for everyone involved.
