Kelvinhaugh Gate
We recently collaborated with Sanctuary Students on their extensive student accommodation refurbishment programme to modernise 127 student bedrooms for Glasgow University.
The new room layouts also made the most of the stunning views of the River Clyde and the SEC Centre, where COP26 (The 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference) was recently held.

The existing rooms had many challenges
Wardrobes that were too shallow, beds that were only 3ft wide and surface mounted conduits, to name but a few.
The residents now enjoy larger 4ft wide beds, with under bed storage and by turning the bed 180 degrees, fantastic new views out of the window. A CNC machined shaped headboard unit facilitated this and provided a perfect space for suitcases and anything else students want to keep out of sight!
