Another supplier's kitchen was ripped out. An Ellis kitchen went in.
When a leading Midlands housebuilder decided it was time for a change, they contacted us. They weren't happy with their current supplier. They felt undervalued and wanted greater flexibility than they were getting. So, they contacted Ellis.
This multi-phase development in Stapleford (Phase 3A) covers 87 plots across 25 house types. It's the first of what Ellis is confident will be four confirmed sites with this developer, with orders already placed against two of them.
The Show Home
For the showroom, the previous supplier's kitchen had to go, and an Ellis H1 kitchen was installed in its place.
The housebuilder chose our H1 range for the showroom. Clean and contemporary, it helped set the standard and gave both the developer and buyers an immediate sense of the quality that runs through every plot.
The Specification
S1 is specified as standard across all 87 plots, with five further ranges available as customer upgrades, giving buyers a wide range of colour options, from classic woodgrains to bolder choices like red, blue or pink. Every homeowner deserves to make their kitchen their own.
Of the 25 house types, six offer two kitchen designs, with the option to upgrade to an island configuration where the layout allows. It's the kind of flexibility that turns a standard new-build kitchen into something both buyers and developers actually get excited about.
