New Court Halls
As part of an ongoing refurbishment of 140 rooms with Trinity College, Ellis supplied and fitted 8 common / teaching rooms and 53 bedrooms to their New Court building. A selection of our soft seating and bar stools were selected for the social areas and the bedrooms.
Longevity
Our solo range in oak was chosen for the bedrooms for its 20-year guarantee and classic look and durable finish.
Sustainability
The focus of the refurbishment was to improve energy efficiency and provide sustainable accommodation to the Grade I-listed building at New Court. The college looked closely at the maintenance strategy, taking a longer-term view of 30-35 years.
