The show home combines New England with a warm Cashmere Ash finish. It sets the tone for the development and gives buyers an immediate sense of the quality that runs through every plot.
The sales centre was fitted with Whitstable. A painted MDF range that makes the proper first impression for prospective buyers.

Across the 93 plots, S1, H1, Richmond and New England gave buyers a genuine breadth of choice across styles and price points.
The project also showcases our new Replacement End offering. The end of the carcase itself is finished in a colour and finish matched panel, in place of a traditional end panel. It's a cleaner solution that offers genuine value engineering without compromising on finish.
