For this iteration of "Meet the Team", we caught up with the newest Sales team member, Emma Little. Emma comes from a strong sales background and has joined the business as a Business Development Manager for the Northwest. So to get to know this newbie better we asked her a series of fun and interesting questions.
Q) What is your job title?
A) Business Development Manager
Q) What responsibilities does your role include?
A) I am responsible for business development in the North West for the House builder team. I build relationships with new customers in order to win their business (supply/ supply & fit of kitchens) and manage their account to guarantee repeat business.
Q) How long have you been working for J.T. Ellis?
A) 5 weeks
Q) How has technology changed your role at Ellis?
A) Unfortunately I haven't been here long enough to see this. Although I can imagine prospecting has become far easier through the use of Glenigans. I look forward to see how it will in the future
Q) What do you most like about working for J.T. Ellis?
A) The open door policy as well as their mental health scheme that they run for the staff
Q) What was the first album you bought?
A) Shaggy, it wasnt me hahahaha
Q) If you weren't doing your current job what would you like to be?
A) An actress because some say I can be a little bit too extra
Q) Do you have a secret talent?
A) I can play grade four piano

A) Toy Story

A) Ramen

A) Ben & Jerrys cookie dough

A) cooking some great food and watching my favourite TV show

A) a younger Leslie Mann, unfortunately I don't look like her though

A) Annie Walker in Bridesmaids
